About Fairy Wing Creations

I began my mandala journey in 2020 when the world suddenly shifted because of COVID. Painting mandalas became my anchor, a way to focus, calm my mind, and turn uncertainty into beauty. As the political climate changed around me, the rhythm of dot work and color choices kept me centered and grounded. I never started making art to sell, but over time it became clear that sharing my work would let me continue creating while covering supplies and making space for new pieces.

After 35 years of service at the University of Notre Dame I retired and followed the calling to bring my work into the world. Today I create hand-painted mandalas on wood and repurposed materials with an emphasis on accessibility and individuality. Each piece is made to be affordable, handcrafted, and ready to brighten a home or become a meaningful gift.

Thank you for stopping by Fairy Wing Creations. Every purchase supports a small, local maker and helps keep this practice — and its calming magic — alive. If you’d like a custom piece, I love collaborating and will work with you to design something that speaks to your story.
